We believe that the first and greatest priority for mankind is to love God and nurture that through worship. Therefore we seek to create an atmosphire that captures the heart of each individual and inspires them to grow in their love for God.

A Commitment to Love the World
We believe that God calls us to love people as He has loved us.
We recognize that this is important for us to do in our local community, and also around the world. Therefore we seek to lovingly lead people to know Jesus, follow Jesus, and equip people to reproduce that work wherever God leads.

We believe that God's Word provides the sufficient, relevant, and authoritative source of sound doctrine for the Church. Therefore we are committed to equip believers to live by God's Word as the standard for ministry, faith, and life.

We believe that prayer is powerful!
Prayer demonstrates a faith and dependency upon God. Therefore the ministries of RBC are committed to rely upon God through prayer in their vision, planning, and execution of ministry.

We believe that Care ministry fulfills the law of love. We believe that our Savior and the Early Church carried out caring ministry in the small group context. Therefore we seek to care through small group ministry.

We believe that God is committed to growing His church. Therefore we pursue methods and policies which facilitate growth, without compromising our integrity or our commitment to Biblical faith.

We believe that each individual is given gifts and abilities by God to help inspire growth in the church. Therefore we seek to equip and involve every member in gifted service.

We believe that God is worthy of our best. We want to honor Him by doing all that we can to pursue excellence in each of our ministries.
